Room temperature cured epoxy adhesive 53841YQ consists of two components A and B, with a yellow impurity free liquid appearance and a solid content generally greater than 80%. It has good electrical insulation performance and is usually used for insulation of motor stator bar joints and connecting wires to ground. When using room temperature cured mica tape semi laminated insulation, it can be used as interlayer coating for mica tape.

 

 

The curing time of room temperature cured epoxy glue 53841YQ should not be less than 24 hours when the ambient temperature is not less than 25 ℃. In order to achieve good electrical insulation performance, it is best to bake it for 8 hours at 60 ℃~80 ℃.
