Servo valve 072-559A is mainly suitable for EH oil system and is installed in the electro-hydraulic servo valve of the hydraulic motor integrated block in the actuator. Many faults of the servo valve are related to the quality of the oil, so it is necessary to regenerate and purify the fuel. A vacuum oil purifier using a fire-resistant oil purifier is used, where solid impurities are mainly filtered out through efficient and highly polluting filters to ensure that its performance indicators meet operating standards.

 

 

In addition, improving the filtration accuracy of the filter element is also an effective way to treat oil pollution in DEH system. The accuracy of 10 microns can be changed to 5 microns, eliminating the presence of some trace particles, improving the oil particle size standard, and achieving the effect of protecting the 072-559A servo valve.
