LVDT displacement sensor HL-6-250-150 is a commonly used sensor in power plants. The function of this sensor is to measure the displacement of the hydraulic servomotor, and it can also measure the displacement of valves such as the main steam valve and high pressure regulating valve of the steam turbine

The sensor casing is sealed with stainless steel, and the inner coil is a primary coil, which is excited by an AC power source. The magnetic flux generated by the primary coil is coupled to two secondary coils, and an AC voltage is generated in each coil.

 

LVDT displacement sensor HL-6-250-150  can be detected for damage in two ways. One is insulation measurement, measured with an insulation resistance meter or meter, and the other is coil resistance measurement, measuring the resistance between coils.
