The DF9032 MaxA Dual channel Turbine Heat expansion monitor is a main monitoring device used in power plants. After receiving signals from sensors, it continuously measures and monitors the thermal expansion of the machine casing or valve position and stroke to protect the equipment. During the entire startup process of the steam turbine generator unit, before and after the unit is connected to the grid, as well as during the normal operation of the unit, the expansion of the steam turbine is an important monitoring data, which can reflect the operation of the unit and the thermal expansion of the entire shaft system. It is an important data for us to analyze the operation of the entire steam turbine generator unit.

 

The working principle of the  DF9032 MaxA Dual channel Turbine Heat expansion monitor is mainly divided into two aspects: measurement and display.

In terms of measurement, the  DF9032 MaxA Dual channel Turbine Heat expansion monitor usually adopts two methods: contact or non-contact. Contact measurement uses sensors to directly contact the object being measured, and calculates the changes in the object being measured by measuring the changes in the sensors. Non contact measurement uses technologies such as lasers to calculate the changes in the measured object by measuring the time and optical path of laser reflection.
