The 6-wire Hydraulic motor displacement LVDT sensor 2000TD is a type of LVDT displacement sensor in the TD series, with a range of 0-100mm and a linearity of 6 lines. It is commonly used to measure the stroke of hydraulic servomotors and record the displacement of hydraulic servomotors.

The following points should be noted when using the  6-wire Hydraulic motor displacement LVDT sensor:

1. The space between the two lines engraved on the sensor core rod is a linear stroke zone. The insertion direction of the core rod should recognize the "inlet" mark of the port, and it should not be inserted in the opposite direction to avoid displacement measurement;

2. The LVDT displacement sensor should be placed vertically or horizontally to ensure that the iron core can move freely and not be too close to the metal of the magnet. The distance between the two should be at least 20mm, and should not be close to strong magnetic fields or strong currents. The sensor should also not be placed locally in a closed conductor to avoid damage to the sensor.

3. If the sensor is used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil, etc., anti-interference instruments need to be added to the transmitter power supply line.

4. The displacement sensor 2000TD is factory equipped with a 1 meter long high-temperature resistant cable. If you need any other requirements, please explain them before customization, such as extending the cable and making it heat-resistant or wear-resistant.
