1. Prepare tools and materials: nitrogen cylinder, pressure reducer, air pipe, air nozzle, wrench, etc.

2. Place the accumulator on a stable platform and make sure it is closed.

3. Connect the pressure reducer to the nitrogen cylinder and set the desired inflation pressure. Generally speaking, the rated air pressure of the accumulator needs to be set according to the actual situation.

4. Connect the gas lines to the pressure reducer and the gas nozzles on the accumulator.

5. Open the nitrogen cylinder and pressure reducer, and gradually adjust the pressure reducer to gradually increase the air pressure until it reaches the rated charging pressure of the accumulator.

6. Close the nitrogen cylinder and pressure reducer, and remove the gas pipe and gas nozzle.

7. Check the sealing performance of the valve with a wrench to make sure there is no leakage.

It should be noted that before filling with nitrogen, it is necessary to check whether the accumulator is suitable for nitrogen as the filling medium. At the same time, pay attention to safety issues and ensure that the nitrogen cylinder and pressure reducer are in a safe state.
