The servo valve SM4-20(20)76-80/40-10-S10 is used in hydraulic systems to provide closed-loop control of the system, with precise position accuracy, repeatable speed curves, and predictable force or torque regulation. It can be applied to plastic injection molding and blow molding systems, testing and simulation equipment, die-casting machines, hydraulic brakes, animation and entertainment equipment, petroleum exploration vehicles, and wood machinery.
The servo valve SM4-20(20)76-80/40-10-S10 is a two-stage modular design flow control valve that can be installed on a manifold or base plate. The symmetrical, dual coil, four air gap torque motor is installed on the first stage nozzle flow pilot valve as a whole through six screws. The second stage adopts a four-way sliding slide valve and sleeve arrangement, with a mechanical zero adjustment device. The position of the spool valve is fed back to the first stage through a cantilever spring. A complete 35 micron (absolute) filter reduces sensitivity to first level pollution.
