The outlet pressure of the EH oil pump is set at 14.5±0.5 MPa. After the oil pump is started, the oil pump supplies oil to the system at a full flow rate of 85 L/min, and also supplies oil to the high-pressure accumulator. When the system pressure reaches the set pressure of the oil pump, the high-pressure oil pushes the control valve on the constant pressure pump, and the control valve operates the variable mechanism of the pump to reduce the output flow of the pump. When the output flow of the pump is equal to the oil consumption of the system, the pump The variable mechanism is maintained at a certain position. When the system needs to increase or decrease the oil consumption, the oil pump will automatically change the output flow to maintain the system oil pressure. When the system instantaneously consumes a large amount of oil, the accumulator will participate in the oil supply. During normal operation, one oil pump is enough to meet the oil volume required by the system. Occasionally, the oil pump can be used when the system adjustment time is long (such as load shedding), or some high-pressure accumulators are damaged and the system oil pressure is reduced.
