TheEH oil pump outlet filter element LQ01-20 is used to filter the outlet of the EH oil pump of the steam turbine, so that the cleanliness of the anti-fuel oil flowing through the oil pump can meet the system requirements, avoid the particles and impurities in the oil from wearing the equipment in the system, prolong the service life of the equipment, and save costs.

 

The EH oil pump outlet filter element LQ01-20 has passed the integrity test before leaving the factory, so it can be used with confidence. The integrity test is to measure the maximum pore size bubble point pressure of the filter material through the pressure decay per unit time under the prefabricated pressure, and can automatically calculate the diffusion flow value of the tested filter material per unit time. In this way, the quality of the filter element can be judged, and the integrity test of the whole machine of the sterilizing filter can be realized to ensure the effective use of the filter element in the production process.

 

The precision of the filter element is generally expressed in microns (μm), which refers to the pore size of the filter element. The smaller the pore size, the higher the filtration accuracy.
