The  electric hydraulic oil power pump 141KZ-11-60 is used to seal the oil circuit on the air side and hydrogen side of the generator. The AC motor-driven air side sealed oil pump gets the oil source from the air side oil tank. It injects part of the oil into the air side of the seal shoe after being pressurized by the oil cooler and oil filter, and the other part of the oil flows back to the inlet of the air side oil pump through the differential pressure valve. Through the adjustment of the pressure difference regulating valve, the sealing oil pressure of the air side at the sealing shoe is always maintained at a level 0.084MPa higher than the gas pressure in the generator.

The air side of electric hydraulic oil power pump 141KZ-11-60 circulates the oil in the same way. The sealed oil pump on the hydrogen side obtains the oil source from the oil return control box on the hydrogen side. After pressurization, part of the oil is injected into the hydrogen side of the sealing tile through the oil cooler, oil filter and balance valve. The oil pump is equipped with a bypass pipe, and the oil pressure on the hydrogen side is roughly regulated by a throttle valve. The oil pressure on the hydrogen side is fine-tuned through the balance valve, which can automatically track the oil pressure on the air side to reach the same level. The hydrogen side seal oil pump circulates in the same way.
