The working principle of armored thermocouple is that two ends of conductors with different components are welded to form a loop. The direct temperature measurement end is called the measurement end, and the terminal is called the reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, the thermal current will be generated in the circuit. Connect the display instrument, and the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric electromotive force generated by the thermocouple.

The thermoelectric electromotive force of armored thermocouple will increase with the temperature at the measuring end. The size of thermoelectric electromotive force is only related to the conductor material of armored thermocouple and the temperature difference at both ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of thermoelectric electrode.

The structure of armored thermocouple is made of conductor, insulating magnesium oxide and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tube by drawing for many times. The armored thermocouple product mainly consists of junction box, terminal block and armored thermocouple, and is equipped with various installation and fixing devices.
