The sensor is composed of three groups of coils, one group of primary coils, and the outgoing lines are brown and yellow; There are two groups of secondary coils, one of which is black and green, and the other is blue and red. LVDT Displacement Sensor 1000TD, also known as differential transformer displacement sensor, connects the green line with the blue line as the differential output.
The LVDT (differential transformer) displacement sensor is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Unlike traditional power transformers, LVDT is a measuring element with weak magnetic coupling of open magnetic circuit. The structure consists of iron core, armature, primary coil and secondary coil. During operation, mutual inductance changes with the position of iron core, and the induced EMF generated by the second time is different, thus changing the displacement of iron core to voltage signal output.
