DJM Boiler electrode rod type and DJY press in type series electric contacts are made of high-purity alumina ceramic tube as insulating material and sealed with high-temperature corrosion-resistant expansion alloy by special ceramsite welding process at high temperature (the expansion coefficient of alloy is the same as that of alumina ceramic tube). 

The product is mainly installed on the primary element (measuring cylinder) and the secondary display instrument level gauge to measure the signal conversion of high, medium and low pressure boilers: heater, condenser, steam remover and boiler bubble water level.

Withstand voltage: ≤ 42MPa

Insulation resistance value: ≥ 100M Ω

It can withstand 10000 hours of corrosion at pH = 10

Manufacturing material: 99.9% high purity alumina for insulation part

The conductor is made of alloy steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti can be customized)
