Air Cooling Device GJCFL-15 that use air to cool hot fluids. Heat fluids in the tube heat transfer through the tube wall and fins and the air outside the tube. The air used is usually supplied by the fan.

There are two ways of ventilation: blast and induced draft. (1) Blowing type: Air first flows through the fan and then into the tube bundle. (2) Induced air type: air flows first through the tube bundle and then into the fan. The former is more economical in operation cost, and the turbulence generated is beneficial to heat transfer and more used. The latter has the advantages of uniform air distribution, accurate temperature control and low noise, which is the direction of development. The outlet temperature of hot fluids is mainly controlled by adjusting the air flow through the tube bundles, that is, adjusting the inclination angle of the blades, the speed of the fan and the opening degree of the shutters, etc. Hot air circulation or steam heating can be used to regulate the outlet temperature of freezable fluids in winter.
