1. Description: Fiberglass plate of 3640 is made of epoxy resin bonded and heated and pressurized. It has high mechanical properties at medium temperature and stable electrical performance at high temperature. It is suitable for high insulation structural parts of machinery, electrical appliances and electronics. It has high mechanical and dielectric properties and good heat and moisture resistance. Heat resistant grade F grade (155 degrees). Specification thickness: 0.5 ~ 100mm conventional specification: 1000mm*2000mm color: yellow.

2. Features: high precision, high speed, long life, high reliability, heavy load and high temperature resistance.
