Turbine high pressure cylinder seal grease DFSS-2 is MF upgrading product. It is specially used for sealing the joint of power station and industrial steam turbine cylinder body. It is a single component without solvent and 100% solid content. No asbestos, halogen and other harmful components to the human body, can withstand high temperature, its performance index can fully meet the operating requirements of the units below 300MW or more than 600MW; it can be used alone, and can also be used in combination with copper asbestos gaskets for high temperature sealing of other high temperature hot stove flanges.

 

Turbine high pressure cylinder seal grease DFSS-2 Usage method£º

1. cylinder surface should be clean, and no oil, foreign matter and dust should be left.

2. after full mixing and uniform, the seal fat is coated on the cylinder cylinder of the cylinder with thickness 0.5-0.7mm, and a certain size should be left around the screw hole and the inside of the cylinder to prevent the seal from entering the flow system.

3. after fastening the bolts, wipe off the grease from the outer parts.

4. after the cylinder is closed, there is no need to wait for the static position. When the unit starts to heat up, the sealing grease will solidify.
