H61Y-320 high pressure self sealing welding check valve

H61Y-320 high pressure self sealing welding check valve is a lifting self sealing high pressure check valve.

Both ends of the check valve branch pipe of H61Y-320 high pressure self sealing welding check valve are welded structures. The welding groove can be made according to standards or user requirements. It is suitable for preventing medium backflow on the pipes of high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil products, superheated steam, such as thermal power plants, petrochemical, metallurgy, etc. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, long service life, etc.

Structural features:

1. The valve clack is quenched as a whole and can move up and down the valve body. When the medium flows back, the valve clack will automatically close by the medium pressure and spring.

2. The valve body and bonnet are die forgings.

3. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of cobalt based cemented carbide plasma spray welding surface, with good scratch resistance.

4. The check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipe where the medium flows from bottom to top.
