Optimizing the fuel atomization effect of the energy storage high-energy automatic micro oil ignition gun XDZ-1-1935 in micro oil ignition mode requires starting from four aspects: atomization power, nozzle structure, ignition energy matching, and system control, in order to improve combustion efficiency and flame stability:
The first step is to strengthen the atomization power system. By increasing the pressure parameters of fuel and compressed air, the breaking force of oil droplets can be enhanced. Combining closed-loop control strategy to ensure that atomization quality always matches combustion requirements, reducing fuel waste and emission pollution.
