In high dust environments, in order to ensure the efficient operation and prolong the service life of the burner ignition gun JDQ-L2350, systematic maintenance measures need to be implemented based on equipment characteristics and environmental features. The following are the key operational points:
 

Strictly follow the operating standards

Strictly control the ignition cycle according to the product design parameters. After each ignition lasts for 15 seconds, there should be a 1-minute interval. After three consecutive ignitions, the machine must be stopped for at least 20 minutes for cooling. Immediately exit the combustion zone after successful ignition to avoid damage to the electric nozzle caused by high temperature. Before operation, it is necessary to test the status of the ignition gun JDQ-L2350 to ensure that there are no open circuits or poor contacts in the high-voltage circuit, and to prevent no-load ignition and power on operations in an unsealed state.
 

Strengthen sealing and cleaning management

Regularly clean the dust accumulation at the ignition gun JDQ-L2350 nozzle and high-voltage cable connection to prevent particles from entering the high-voltage system and causing short circuits or insulation failure. For extreme dust environments, it is recommended to shorten maintenance cycles, develop preventive replacement plans based on equipment operation data, and focus on monitoring the wear of high-voltage components.
