The ME8.530.014 main control board has a built-in high-precision position sensor that can detect the displacement of the motor rotation in real time. This function enables the main control board to accurately grasp the opening position of the valve and send the position signal to the control system in the form of an electrical signal. This position feedback mechanism not only improves the control accuracy of the actuator, but also enables the system to achieve closed-loop control, further improving the stability and reliability of the system.

 

The ME8.530.014 main control board supports multiple operation modes, including local operation, neutral operation and remote operation. In local operation mode, staff can manually control the actuator directly on site; in neutral operation mode, the actuator will maintain its current position and wait for further instructions; and in remote operation mode, the actuator will accept instructions from the remote control system to achieve remote automated control.
