The six-way switching valve FQ-5-250-1 is a valve widely used in power plants. It is mainly used for switching operations of lubricating oil systems so that maintenance or overhaul can be carried out without interrupting the operation of the equipment. This type of valve has a compact design structure, flexible operation, reliable sealing performance, and is easy to maintain and overhaul.

 

The valve core of the six-way switching valve FQ-5-250-1 adopts an integral structure, with no easily detachable parts inside, and the maximum diameter can reach 250 mm. This valve consists of a valve body, a valve core, a clamping wrench, a handle, a sealing frame, and a stop block. The lubricating oil enters from the lower inlet of the switching valve, and after being cooled by the oil cooler, it enters the bearing lubricating oil supply main pipe from the upper outlet of the switching valve. The plug-type six-way switching valve has a simple internal structure and a low failure rate, but the processing and manufacturing technology requirements are high, the volume and weight are large, and it must be installed vertically, and the interface must not be stressed, otherwise it is easy to cause jamming.
