The UQK-1D stainless steel float heat exchanger level switch is a widely used level control device designed specifically for monitoring the liquid level in various containers. This controller is made of stainless steel material and has good corrosion resistance, suitable for most industrial and civil liquid level control needs. When the liquid level rises to the set upper switching value, the floating ball rises and the magnetic steel swings accordingly. Through the magnetic force, it pushes the magnet inside the shell, causing the moving contact to switch between the static contact, thereby issuing an on/off signal, which can be used to control the start and stop of the pump, the opening and closing of the valve, and so on.
The core part of UQK-1D stainless steel float heat exchanger level switch is composed of float group and contact group. The float group is responsible for sensing changes in liquid level, while the contact group is responsible for converting the liquid level changes sensed by the float group into switch signal outputs. When the liquid level rises to the set upper switching point, the floating ball group rises, and the magnetic steel swings downwards, pushing the magnet inside the shell up through magnetic force, causing the moving contact point to contact the static contact point, thereby issuing an on/off signal. When the liquid level drops to the set lower switching point, the floating ball group descends, and the magnetic steel swings upwards, pushing the magnet inside the shell to move downwards through magnetic force, causing the moving contact and static contact to disconnect, thus issuing a on/off signal.
The working principle of UQK-1D stainless steel float heat exchanger level switch is based on the physical movement of the float group and contact group, and the output of switch signals is achieved through magnetic force. This design gives UQK-1D the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, and easy installation. Moreover, due to the use of stainless steel material, this controller has strong corrosion resistance and can be suitable for liquid level control in most liquid media.
