In steam turbine, LVDT sensor TDZ-1E-23 is used to monitor and control key components in the system, such as valve position, piston position and bearing clearance, so as to ensure safe and efficient operation of steam turbine.

 

The process of automatic displacement monitoring and control of steam turbine with LVDT sensor TDZ-1E-23 is as follows:

 

Install the sensor on the parts to be monitored, such as valve and piston of hydraulic servo-motor. The central core of the sensor is connected to the monitored part so as to move with the movement of the part.

 

Power supply and signal processing: the primary winding of the sensor is powered by AC power supply to generate alternating magnetic field. The output voltage of the secondary winding varies with the displacement of the central core. This output voltage is usually an analog signal and needs to be processed by the signal conditioning circuit, including amplification, filtering and linearization.

 

Displacement measurement: the displacement of the central core can be determined by measuring the output voltage of the secondary winding. The relationship between displacement and output voltage is usually linear, so the voltage can be converted into displacement value through simple mathematical relationship.

 

Automatic control and feedback: displacement measurement value can be input into the control system of steam turbine for automatic control and feedback. The control system adjusts the operating parameters of the steam turbine according to the measured displacement value, such as the opening of the valve, the pressure of the piston or the clearance of the bearing, so as to maintain the normal operation and performance of the steam turbine.
