DESCRIPTION

 

The pipe clamp RAPR2-217.2 belongs to the lightweight pipe clamp and is usually used for six size series of ordinary mechanical pressure pipes with an outer diameter range of 6-57mm. Before assembling on the welded plate, in order to better determine the direction of the pipe clamp, it is recommended to first mark the fixed position, then weld the welded plate, embed it into the lower half of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Place the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate, tighten them with screws to avoid welding the bottom plate directly when installing the pipe clamp.

The upper rail of the guide rail can be welded onto the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the guide rail nut into the guide rail, rotate it 90 degrees, insert the lower half of the Pipe clamp RAPR2-217.2 into the nut, place the pipe to be fixed, and then place the upper half of the pipe clamp and cover plate. Secure with screws. The folding assembly guide rail can be welded onto the foundation or fixed with screws. Firstly, install the lower half of the pipe clamp body, insert the pipe to be fixed, and then insert the upper half of the pipe clamp body and fix it with screws. Locking the cover plate prevents it from rotating. Then install the second pipe clamp in the same way as above.
