Electro-hydraulic servo valve J761-003A is a device that converts electrical signals into hydraulic signals. It is mainly used to control the opening of governor valve of steam turbine in thermal power plant, so as to realize the accurate control of unit speed and load. Electro-hydraulic servo valve plays an important role in the thermal power plant, because it can convert the rotating speed and load electrical signals given by the operator into hydraulic signals, push the slide valve of the hydraulic servo-motor to move, and then change the opening of the governing valve, so as to adjust the steam admission of the unit, make the rotating speed (or load) of the unit reach the given value of the operator, and make the system reach a new balance state.

 

 

The servo valve J761-003A is mainly composed of electromagnetic part, two-stage hydraulic amplifier and other auxiliary parts. The electromagnetic part includes permanent magnet, magnetizer, armature and coil. When there is no control signal, the armature is in balance position and the baffle is fixed between the two nozzles. High-pressure oil flows in from the oil inlet and flows out from the filter in four ways. When there is a control signal, the armature will drive the baffle to deflect a certain angle to make the valve core deviate from the middle position, so as to control the flow direction of high pressure oil and realize the opening control of turbine governor valve.
