DESCRIPTION

 

The generator stator cooling water filter WFF-150-1 is applied to the stator cooling water system of generators. It is made of polypropylene ultra-fine fibers hot melt entangled, which can effectively filter out suspended solids, particles, rust and other impurities in the fluid.

1. Confirm that the hydrogen system and sealing oil system of the generator are operating normally. (Put into operation in the order of oil, hydrogen, and water)

2. Check that the generator stator has water supply conditions.

3. Complete the water filling and drainage of the fixed water pump and fixed water cooler, keep the cooling water side of the fixed water cooler running, and reserve the fixed water pump.

4. Fully open the siphon rupture valve of the return pipe of the stator cooling water.
