Handling methods for faults:

If the LVDT displacement sensor ZDET100A fails multiple times during the operation of the steam turbine, it is because it has been in a vibration state for a long time, causing the coil to break. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the LVDT sensor in a timely manner, and strengthen inspection of the LVDT cable soaked in oil leakage due to maintenance. The oil leakage area should be cleaned in a timely manner. At the same time, the LVDT cable should be replaced with an armored sealed cable as soon as possible.
