The servo valve D633-303B adopts a closed-loop control system with feedback valve core position. The position of the valve core can be monitored and fed back in real-time, and adjusted accordingly to ensure accurate control. The servo valve D633-303B is suitable for throttling type control valves of three way, four way, and 2-way. They are suitable for electro-hydraulic position, speed, pressure or force control systems, as well as other systems that require quick response.

 

The valve core of servo valve D633-303B is driven by a permanent magnet linear force motor, which has high flexibility and can drive the valve core in both directions from the spring centered position. The valve integrates a closed-loop valve core position control circuit board and a pulse width modulation (PWM) driving circuit. This integrated circuit adopts SMD technology, which has efficient and reliable performance.

 

 

The servo valve D633-303B has a linear force motor with a high force range, which can increase its working limit and has no flow limit. Its direct drive design enables it to have pressure independent dynamic performance, enabling low current consumption at and near hydraulic zero positions. When the power is cut off, the spool valve will automatically return to the center position of the spring, causing the actuator to stop moving.

 

 

The direct acting servo valve D633-303B is directly driven by a high driving power permanent magnet linear force motor, without the need for a pilot oil source; Dynamic performance is not affected by pressure, with low hysteresis and high resolution; Low power consumption at and near hydraulic zero position; Provide standardized valve core position detection signals, which can be used to obtain system operation status and facilitate valve maintenance; Equipped with electrical zero adjustment function; When there is a power outage, cable damage, or emergency stop, the valve core can automatically return to the spring centered position without external force.
