The LVDT displacement Sensor DET-100A, with a range of 0-100mm, is a hydraulic motor travel sensor, also known as LVDT linear sensor. The LVDT displacement Sensor DET-100A is used on industrial steam turbines and feed pump steam turbines as the stroke feedback of valves, and belongs to the feedback link in the control system.

Common faults and abnormalities of  LVDT displacement Sensor DET-100A:

1. Power failure: Power supply issues are one of the common causes of sensor failures. If the sensor is not powered properly, it may cause abnormal output signals or inability to output signals.

2. Connection issue: Connection issues between the sensor and the system or controller may also cause sensor failure. For example, poor contact, incorrect wiring, or looseness can all lead to inaccurate measurement results or inability to output signals from sensors.

3. Environmental interference: If the working environment of the sensor is disturbed, such as electromagnetic noise interference, vibration, or temperature changes, it may cause the measurement results of the sensor to be unstable or produce errors.

4. Mechanical damage: Mechanical damage to sensors (such as collisions, squeezing, or external impact) may cause damage to sensor components or components, thereby affecting the normal operation of the sensor.

5. Measurement error: After long-term use, the sensor may produce measurement errors. At this point, regular calibration or replacement of sensors may be necessary to obtain accurate measurement results.
