Floating ball valve BYF-40 is a mechanical floating ball level controller mainly used for liquid level control of the vacuum oil tank in the single flow ring oil seal control system of hydrogen cooled steam turbine generators. In the sealing oil system of the generator, the function of the float valve is to control the inlet and outlet of oil by measuring the changes in the liquid level in the tank, in order to maintain the liquid level in the tank within a specific range. When the liquid level in the oil tank is too high, the floating ball will rise, causing the valve to close and stop feeding oil; When the liquid level is too low, the float drops and the valve opens, allowing oil to enter the tank. The design of this floating ball valve ensures that the oil level in the oil tank is always within the predetermined operating range, thereby protecting the sealing oil system of the generator.

 

 

In addition to the sealing oil system of the generator, the floating ball valve SFDN80 can also be applied in other liquid level control aspects. It is commonly used in fields such as liquid storage tanks, water treatment systems, chemical equipment, water supply systems, and sewage treatment.
