The vacuum oil tank float valve BYF-80 is a valve commonly used for fluid control in power plant sealing oil devices. Its lever principle is to control the opening and closing of the valve through the buoyancy of the float ball.

 

 

The sealed oil vacuum tank float valve BYF-80 is composed of a float ball, a transmission lever mechanism, and a hydraulic amplification and adjustment piston controlled by a needle plug. The piston adopts a differential pressure structure, with the upper area greater than the lower sealing surface area. The oil source that replenishes the pressure enters the middle chamber of the piston and enters the upper chamber of the piston through two small holes. There is a small hole in the center of the piston that is connected to the fuel tank and controlled by a needle plug.

 

 

When the oil tank level is at a normal level, the buoyancy generated by the floating ball is transmitted and amplified by a lever, causing the conical head of the needle plug to tightly press against the small hole in the center of the piston, and the pressure oil source enters the upper chamber of the piston to generate pressure.
