The steam turbine shaft seal is one of the important components of the steam turbine, located on the side of high-temperature and high-pressure steam to prevent steam leakage to the bearings, while also requiring lubrication of the bearings. Therefore, the function of the sealing oil pump is to provide high-pressure and high-temperature sealing oil for the turbine shaft seal, enabling it to withstand the erosion and wear of high-temperature and high-pressure steam, ensuring the normal operation and lifespan of the turbine.

 

The structure of the ACG052N7NVBP steam turbine main sealing oil pump: It is composed of a spiral motion shaft and two spiral receiving shafts that are interlocked with the main motion shaft. The main motion shaft is driven by an electric motor to rotate, and the receiving shaft rotates in the appropriate direction. At the same time, it is filled with oil in the gap between the two shafts and continuously flows from the suction port to the discharge outlet. The front and rear of the driving shaft are supported by bearings, and the receiving shaft does not have bearing equipment. The bearings are self lubricating and do not require external oil supply. The thrust acting on the two receiving shafts varies with the pressure of the balance expansion ring and the oil discharge hole of the driving shaft, maintaining automatic balance. The bearing lubricating oil on the outlet side of the driving shaft will return to the inlet through a ball valve, avoiding the influence of high-pressure oil on the bearing sealing equipment.
