LVDT Position Sensor HTD-300-3 control circuit introduction: When the unit is running, the valve adjustment command issued by the DEH system is sent to the servo valve through the VP card output of the controller. The servo valve receives an electrical signal from the valve opening command, which is converted into oil pressure regulation and enters the hydraulic motor, changing the amount of high-pressure fire-resistant fuel in the hydraulic motor, and the position of the valve rod of the hydraulic motor accordingly. The mechanical position of the valve is fed back to the VP card of the controller through the LVDT Position Sensor HTD-300-3. After setting the PID in the VP card, the electrical signal is sent to the servo valve to form a closed loop. Therefore, the stability of the LVDT Position Sensor HTD-300-3 is particularly important during unit operation. If the LVDT Position Sensor HTD-300-3 malfunctions, it will cause harm such as fluctuations in main steam pressure, sudden changes in unit load, shaft vibration, and unit noise jump.
