DESCRIPTION
Inductance Limit Switch ZHS-4-N-03K is a precision inductive proximity switch. Working Principle OF Inductance Limit Switch ZHS-4-N-03K
The Inductance Limit Switch ZHS-4-N-03K is composed of a high-frequency oscillator, a detection amplifier, a comparator, and a driving circuit. The oscillator uses a precision stable amplitude integrated circuit, which generates alternating magnetic fields that form eddy currents on the surface of the metal object. The eddy current field in turn affects the amplitude of the oscillator, causing the amplitude of the oscillator to decrease as the measured metal object approaches. After detection amplification and comparison with the action distance setting value, a binary switch signal is generated, It is output by the driving circuit, thereby playing a control role of "on" and "off".
