The BWR-04J(TH) transformer Winding temperature thermometer controller is designed based on the principle of additional temperature rise and adopts international advanced technology. It integrates the transformer winding temperature controller, BL type converter, etc. It can output various forms of output signals for use in the background measurement and control system and secondary instruments. This product has the characteristics of small size, full functionality, convenient installation, and simple operation. The transformer winding temperature controller mainly consists of elastic elements, sensing ducts, temperature sensing components, electric heating elements, temperature transmitters, converters, and digital displays.

The working principle of the temperature controller is as follows

 

The temperature bulb of the transformer winding temperature controller is inserted into the oil hole on the top of the transformer oil tank. When the transformer load is zero, the reading of the winding temperature controller is the temperature of the transformer oil. When the transformer is loaded, the current taken out through the transformer current transformer is proportional to the load. After being adjusted by the converter, it flows through the electric heating element embedded in the glass tube. The additional temperature rise generated by the electric heating element drives the instrument pointer to continue rotating. Therefore, after the transformer is loaded, the temperature indicated by the instrument is determined by the top oil temperature of the transformer and the load current of the transformer. That is, the sum of the top oil temperature of the transformer and the temperature rise of the line compensation to the oil reflects the temperature of the measured transformer coil.
