Double acting TZIDC valve Positioner TZIDC-V18345-101012100 uses TEIP11 as the core component, combined with microprocessing technology and built-in communication function, suitable for control of rotary and straight stroke valves. The product has high positioning accuracy, large stroke range, and is adjusted through automatic zero/range, simplifying debugging. Using sensor technology for temperature and position compensation.

The I/P module with a rear pneumatic amplifier is used to control the pneumatic actuator. The I/P module proportionally converts the positioning electrical signal sent from the CPU into a pneumatic signal by adjusting the three position three-way valve. The adjustment of the actuator's pressure increase or decrease is continuous, thus achieving excellent control effect. When reaching the set point, the three position three-way valve is locked in the middle position, reducing air consumption. There are a total of four different pneumatic outputs: single acting and double acting, each available in two models: "fail safe" and "fail lock".

If there is a power outage or signal interruption in the "fail safe" function, the locator outputs 1 to reduce pressure, and the pneumatic actuator returns the spring to operate the valve to the limited safe position. If it is a double acting actuator, output 2 is simultaneously pressurized. If the "fault locking" function is powered off or the signal is cut off, the locator output 1 (output 2, if any) is locked, and the pneumatic actuator maintains the valve in its current position. If the air supply is interrupted, the actuator will be depressurized.
