The generator winding is an important part composed of conductive coils and insulation materials. The winding binding tape is used to fix and protect the winding to ensure electrical insulation and mechanical strength. Room temperature cured epoxy adhesive J0792 can be used for impregnating the binding tape, providing additional insulation and protective layer, enhancing the wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and insulation performance of the binding tape, and extending its service life.

 

 

Room temperature cured epoxy adhesive J0792 can also be used for impregnation treatment of liner materials, providing a uniform insulation coating, enhancing the insulation performance and durability of the liner material. This can effectively prevent electrical breakdown and a decrease in insulation compressive strength.
