The LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1B-02 is a sensing element for measuring displacement, The working principle of this sensor is to convert mechanical measurements of linear motion into electrical energy, so it can automatically measure and control displacement. The LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1B-02 has the following characteristics:

1. Good linearity, accurate feedback of real-time travel to the DEH system can be obtained throughout the entire process of hydraulic motor movement.

2. Good repeatability, the voltage value does not exceed 0.1VDC when the hydraulic motor is turned on and off through the same displacement value, which can ensure that the hydraulic motor will not swing randomly during the adjustment process.

3. The built-in cable adopts a high-temperature type wire protection sleeve, which is very suitable for hydraulic motors with a cylinder pulling connection method.

 

Installation requirements of LVDT Position Sensor TDZ-1B-02

1. Install vertically and maintain concentricity with the hydraulic motor.

2. When routing, avoid high-voltage cables. If it cannot be wound, the routing needs to be placed perpendicular to the high-voltage cables.

3. The wiring from the LVDT adapter box of the displacement sensor to the DEH cabinet needs to be terminated, and there are often cases where the valve control is abnormal due to the lack of cable termination on site.
