The LVDT Position Sensor HTD-250-6 is a widely used sensor in various power plants. Its main purpose is to measure the travel of hydraulic servomotors and can also monitor valve positions. By utilizing the high accuracy and strong anti-interference ability of the HTD-250-6 LVDT Position Sensor displacement within the range of 0-250mm can be accurately measured.

The working principle of LVDT Position Sensor HTD-250-6 is to measure displacement by correlating specific signal values at any given position of the iron core. The correlation between numerical values and displacement is achieved through the electromagnetic coupling between the AC excitation signal on the primary coil and the iron core and secondary coil. The position of the iron core determines the degree of coupling between the signals of the primary coil and each secondary coil. Two secondary coils are connected in reverse series, which means they are connected in series but in opposite directions. Make the phase difference between the two signals on each secondary 180 degrees. Therefore, the phase of the output signal determines the direction, amplitude, and distance.

1. Dimensional limitations of the installation site

2. The distance between the probe and the tested component

3. Sensor thread type and size

4. Installation direction and method
