The  3000MM power plant high energy unit igniter is mainly used for ignition of power plant boilers in 50-1000MW units.

Precautions for using 3000MM power plant high energy unit igniter

1. The igniter operates in a gap mode, and the ignition time should not be too long each time. When igniting, the ignition device should be turned on first, and then the fuel (gas) should be injected for ignition; The ignition time should generally not exceed 30 seconds.

2. The fuel should be well atomized, and poor atomization quality affects the success rate of ignition.

3. The ignition device should work for 30 seconds and rest for 2 minutes before use to avoid continuous long-term use.

4. The ignition rod should immediately exit the furnace after igniting the oil rod to avoid burning out.
