The six-wires Pt100 temperature probe RTD sensor WZPM2-001 is a type of thermal resistor in the WZPM series. The WZPM type end face thermal resistance element is wound with specially treated wire and tightly adheres to the end face of the thermometer. Compared with general axial thermal resistance, it can more accurately and quickly reflect the actual temperature of the measured large end face, and is suitable for measuring the end face temperature of bearing shells or other mechanical components.

 

According to the model, the thermal resistance WZPM2-001 has a temperature measurement range of -50~100 ℃, a graduation number of PT100, a dual end face, and a six wire temperature measurement element. Its components are fixed on the end face of the protective tube and are in close contact with the measured surface under the action of the pressure spring. Compared with general axial thermal resistance, it can more quickly and accurately reflect the temperature of the measured surface, using the surface temperature measurement of the motor components.

1. Select the accuracy of the thermal resistor based on the temperature measurement and accuracy.

2. Select the outer protective tube material, junction box form, and installation form based on the measurement environment and the characteristics of the temperature sensing medium.

3. Select dimensions such as the length and depth of the thermal resistor based on the structure and environment of the tested object.

4. The need for protective tubes can be selected based on the on-site measurement environment.

5. The material of the external lead can be selected from ordinary materials or high-temperature resistant materials based on the on-site temperature.
