Installation precautions of Check valve 216C80

1. When placing pipelines, attention should be paid to ensuring that the direction of passage of the wafer check valve is consistent with the flow direction of the fluid;

2. Install in a vertically placed pipeline, and for horizontally placed pipelines, place a wafer check valve vertically;

3. Use an expansion pipe between the wafer check valve and butterfly valve, and never directly connect it to other valves;

4. Avoid adding pipe joints and blockages within the operating radius of the valve plate;

5. Do not install a reducing pipe in front or behind the wafer check valve;

6. When installing a wafer check valve near the elbow, it is important to leave sufficient space;

7. When installing a wafer check valve at the outlet of the water pump, at least six times the diameter of the valve should flow out to ensure that the butterfly plate is ultimately subjected to fluid action.
