The tachometer HZQW-03E is used to monitor the speed of the steam turbine and the impactor. The number of teeth can be adjusted by itself, or it can be set at the factory according to customer requirements.

 Technical performance

1. Measurement input

(1) Speed measurement signal: the signal amplitude of the magnetoresistive speed sensor is 50mV~20V (RMS), and the frequency response is 0.5~15KHz;

(2) Impactor 1 signal: magnetoresistive speed sensor signal or Hall sensor;

(3) Impactor 2 signal: magnetoresistive speed sensor signal or Hall sensor;

2. Parameter setting

(1) Number of teeth: 1~120 (transformation ratio between signal pulse number and speed value. When the number of teeth=60, 0.5 rpm can be measured when the number of teeth is low; when the number of teeth=1, only 30 rpm can be measured when the number of teeth is low, and it is set as 60 when leaving the factory);

(2) Alarm value: Level 2 alarm. Alarm I is set at 3300 rpm and alarm II is set at 3360 rpm respectively when leaving the factory;

(3) Alarm delay: it can be set as 0.5 or 1.0 or 3.0 seconds according to user requirements when leaving the factory, usually 1.0 seconds;

3. Measurement display

(1) Display mode: four digit 0.8-inch LED digital tube displays XXXX rpm, and the high position without value is hidden, such as ■ XXX rpm;

(2) Range: 1 ～ 9999 rpm, if it exceeds 9999, 1 -- will be displayed;

(3) Resolution: ± 1 rpm;
