The fire-resistant oil regeneration filter element ZX-80 is based on the regeneration principle of strong polar molecular adsorption. The shell is made of stainless steel and contains a strong polar adsorbent. It can adsorb and remove polar molecular compounds (including acidic and non-acidic compounds) generated by the deterioration of operating oil, so as to reduce acid value, improve electrical resistance, remove color, remove sludge and gel, and improve foam characteristics.

The regenerated filter element zx-80 has a decolorization function, which can adsorb and remove the benzoquinone colored groups generated by the deterioration of the running oil, so that the color of the running oil becomes significantly lighter after regeneration. It has the function of removing oil sludge (gel), which can completely remove the precipitation and dissolved oil sludge (gel) generated by fire-resistant oil during operation. Strong polar molecular adsorption is used to reduce the acid value, increase the resistivity and improve the anti foam performance of running oil, so as to avoid side reactions such as water and other side reactions caused by the action of ion-exchange resin while reducing the anti combustion oleic acid value, and to avoid anti fuel pollution caused by particle shedding of diatomite, alumina, active (modified) aluminum oxide and other filter materials while filtering oil.
