 LVDT Sensor HTD-200-3 control circuit introduction: When the unit is running, the valve adjustment command issued by the DEH system is sent to the MOOG valve through the VP card output of the controller. The MOOG valve receives the electrical signal of the opening command, converts it into oil pressure regulation and enters the oil motor, changes the oil intake of the high-pressure anti-fuel oil in the oil motor, and the valve stem position of the oil motor changes accordingly. The mechanical position of the valve is input to the VP card of the controller through the feedback of the LVDT sensor HTD-200-3I. After setting the PID in the VP card, the electrical signal is sent to the valve to form a closed loop. Therefore, the stability of the LVDT sensor HTD-200-3 is particularly important in the operation of the unit. If the LVDT sensor HTD-200-3 fails, it will cause main steam pressure fluctuation, sudden change in unit load, shaft vibration, and jump in unit noise.

The LVDT (differential transformer) displacement sensor is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Unlike traditional power transformers, LVDT is a measuring element with weak magnetic coupling of open magnetic circuit. The structure consists of iron core, armature, primary coil and secondary coil. During operation, mutual inductance changes with the position of iron core, and the induced EMF generated by the second time is different, thus changing the displacement of iron core to voltage signal output.
