 Epoxy potting varnish 944 is composed of two components A and B. It is suitable for surface coating treatment of stator winding end insulation, eliminating gap, strengthening stator winding end fixing and moisture and dust prevention.

 

Storage period
The storage period of 944 epoxy casting paint at room temperature is 3 months from the date of factory discharge, and it can be continued to use after the storage period has passed the inspection.
 
Instructions
After mixing proportionally and mixing evenly, the end surface of motor stator winding is poured. It is suggested to use rotary casting paint to reduce the loss of paint. At room temperature, keep for 24 hours or more, then turn into electric oven and bake for 4 hours at 120℃+2℃.
