In a multi motor parallel system, the misoperation of the motor protection controller MMPR-220 may be caused by current imbalance, signal interference, or abnormal grounding. To ensure the stable operation of the system, the following measures need to be taken to optimize configuration and maintenance:
 

Standardize wiring and grounding management

Strictly follow the principle of one machine, one protection, ensure that each motor is independently connected to the controller, and avoid misjudgment caused by current superposition due to shared circuits. Each motor grounding wire should be independently connected to the same reference point of the grounding grid to prevent circulating current interference with the protection logic caused by ground potential difference. Accurate parameter matching and logic optimization

Strengthen communication and signal anti-interference
