The SGLQB-1000 stator cooling filter element is a cartridge filter element used in the stator cooling water system of generators, also known as the stator cooling water filter element. The rated flow rate of the filter element is 1.5m3/h, the working pressure is 1.6MPA, and the filtration accuracy reaches 5 microns. It is installed in a makeup filter to filter out impurities in the stator cooling water.
The filter element SGLQB-1000 is made by folding ultrafine polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or silk mesh inner and outer support layers. The center rod and end cover of the filter element shell are processed and formed using hot melt welding technology, without any adhesive, with good sealing performance, no leakage, and no secondary pollution.
The filter element SGLQB-1000 has the following characteristics:
