FUNCTION OF FILTER CB13299-002V

 

The gas turbine bypass system determines the overall startup speed of the combined cycle unit and plays a crucial role in the safe and stable operation of the unit. The detailed functions of the bypass system are as follows:

1. Protect the reheater during unit startup and load rejection to prevent dry burning of the reheater;

2. When starting the unit, adjust the startup parameters to shorten the startup time. For once-through boilers, if the capacity selected by the bypass system exceeds the dry wet switching load, the boiler can directly enter the pure once-through state for operation;

3. Recycle working fluids to reduce waste and noise caused by external exhaust.
