Working principle of LVDT Displacement sensor 2000TDGN

 LVDT Displacement sensor 2000TDGN, which is one of the TD series LVDT displacement sensors, has a range of 0-100mm and a linear 6-wire system. It is often used to measure the stroke of hydraulic servo-motor and record the displacement of hydraulic servo-motor movement.

working principle
LVDT Displacement sensor 2000TDGN consists of a coil assembly and an iron core. During installation, the coil assembly is fixed on the bracket, and the iron core is fixed on the object at the measured position. The coil assembly is composed of three coils of steel wire wound on the hollow shape, forming a cylindrical shape that allows the iron core to slide freely.
The sensor shell is sealed with stainless steel, and the inner coil is the primary coil, which is excited by AC power supply. The magnetic flux generated by the primary coil is coupled to two secondary coils, and an AC voltage is generated in each coil.
